Put shrimp in a glass bowl. In a food processor, puree all remaining ingredients except olive oil and garnishes to make the marinade. While the food processor is still running, trickle the olive oil into mixture. Toss shrimp with marinade and refridgerate 1 hour. Grill over medium-high heat/coals for about 2 minutes per side.
